Dual Output HDMI Cross Switch for Dual HDTV Display Viewing

Dual Output HDMI Cross Switch for Dual HDTV Display Viewing

Hdmi

For Home theater enthusiasts who have 2 HDTV displays there are now a solution to allow you to switch and display 2 different HD sources on both displays for a "picture by picture" setup.

As the price of flat panel technology continues to drop, many home theater enthusiasts will install multiple displays. For example, high-end home theater owners may install large Front Projection DLP for "weekend viewing" of movies and a smaller Flat Panel Display (Plasma, LCD) for daily use.

A 3x2 HDMI Cross switch can be used in Dual Display Theater systems. Users can create a "Picture By Picture" system. The "picture by picture" feature allows viewing of 2 different video sources simultaneously. For example, you may watch a sporting program on a large Projector and watch a second different program on a secondary display.
A 3x2 HDMI Cross Switch has 3 Inputs and 2 outputs.

The 2 Outputs allows users to switch between 2 displays. Owners of large screen front projectors system and flat panel display can easily select which display they wish to view. For example, "day to day" HD programming can be switched to the LCD and "weekend viewing" (movies, major sporting events) can be switched to the Projector system thus allowing the user to share video sources and cut down projector bulb "wear and tear"

The outputs of the HDMI Cross Switch can be independently selected from 3 video inputs. The HDMI Cross switch does not "split" the input to both displays, which merely shows same video on both display. The significant advantage of the HDMI Cross Switch is flexibility such as "picture by picture" viewing, independent EDID communication between display and source, and Dual Display switching which maximizes user flexibility.

Ever Asked How to Connect a TV to a Computer? Here's the Answer

Ever Asked How to Connect a TV to a Computer? Here's the Answer

Hdmi

Nearly all modern TVs (Plasma, LCD or TFT) maybe connected to your Computers (Laptops, Laptop computers or PC). This can be done almost immediately with a range of cables or connections like VGA, RGB, DVI, HDMI, S-video or RCA straight out of the box. The most common of these connections is the VGA it is probably the easiest way to connect a TV to a computer. VGA has been used to connect monitors or screens to the Central Processing Unit (CPU) of computers for many years now. If you have a Laptop it will be the cable used to connect an external monitor.

There are other ways to ask the same question when connecting Computers and TVs so if your have thought of any of the following:

o    How to connect your TV to your Computer?

o    How to connect TV to computer?

o    How to connect a TV to a computer?

o    How to connect your computer to your TV?

o    Is there anyway of connecting TV to computer?

o    How to hook up computer to TV?

Then continue reading.

If you do not posses any of the connectors mentioned so far you can buy them from any Electrical or Computer shop. With any of the cables connections you will be able to easily bridge the gap between your Laptop/Computer and TV. If your Television (TV) is not equipped with either VGA or DVI then the process will not be as straight forward but it still should not be too difficult to connect a TV to a computer. You could consider using RCA or S-video as a way to hook up computer to TV. All is not lost, so do not get down heartened if your TV does not have any of these connections. All that is needed is a VGA to TV converter which will give you either an S-video or RCA to connect to so you will be up and running in no time. Yet another way of connecting your computer to your TV is with HDMI. The only draw back is your TV must be HDMI compatible, this should not be problem as it is becoming more common these days. So to connect a TV to a computer will be as easy as pie.

Once you have all the required connections it maybe necessary to set your TVs to accept the output signal from your Laptop/Computer. You will find the instructions to achieve this within the menu of your TV, if it cannot be found then consult your TV manual for instructions. If all the connections are firmly in place and the TV is setup correctly to receive the computers signal you should see your computer screen on your TV.

If you would like to make this connection as seamless as possible you could purchase a switch to change from Computer monitor to TV screen without disconnecting any of the connections. I must stress that this is not essential so you do not have to buy one. If you feel it is needed it is available at most Computer or Electrical stores.

For those of you who are a little more adventurous you could go a little step further and tap into the audio of your Computer/Laptop. Again to accomplish this Computer connection to TV audio you might have all the connections you need. This can be done with a Mini Stereo plug/jack to a Phono lead (RCA composite audio). The Mini Stereo plug goes into the audio output normally at the back of your Computer or into the audio output of your Laptop. The Phono ends goes into the audio input of your TV. This would mean there is no connection output to your Computer or Laptop speakers to get audio output to both the Computer/Laptop speakers and your TV your need a mini plug splitter, which is self explanatory to install. You will now have both Audio and Video signals from your Computer/Laptop and your TV.

That was the basics of how to connect your TV to your Computer. To go further still you can reconfigure and or purchase more equipment to enhance your Home Entertainment System.

You have had a good start so never will you ask yourself any of the following questions again.

o    How to connect your TV to your Computer?

o    How to connect TV to computer?

o    How to connect your computer to your TV?

o    Is there anyway of connecting TV to computer?

o    How to hook up computer to TV?

o    How do you connect your computer to your TV?

Samsung BD-D6700 Review - A 3D Blu-Ray Player With Dual HDMI

Samsung BD-D6700 Review - A 3D Blu-Ray Player With Dual HDMI

Hdmi

A part of Samsung's 2011 Blu-ray player line-up, the BD-D6700 is pack full of great features, with an innovative and unique design. This 3D player has built-in Wi-Fi, an exhaustive list of Online Streaming Media Services and dual HDMI Outputs. One major drawback of the BD-D6700 is its high price of almost 0.00 (Online retailers are selling it for about 0.00). Most Blu-ray players have decreased significantly in price over the last few years. So the question needs to be asked if the BD-D6700 is worth the cost.

The main reason for the high price tag is largely because of the dual HDMI Outputs. Very rare in most players, dual HDMI outputs are for those users who want to hear the latest high-resolution audio from a Dolby Digital True HD or DTS Master soundtrack but do not have 3D-compatible A/V receiver. Dual HDMI outputs allows you to have one HDMI cable connected to your 3D HDTV (Video Connection) and the other connected to your A/V receiver(Audio Connection).

But this is not the only feature to like. There are many other great things to rave about with the BD-D6700. This includes its unique design. Samsung has always tried to provide players with aesthetics that are attractive and appealing to the eye. The silver color chassis of the BD-D6700 will definitely accomplish this and stand out from all those glossy black boxy players. The disc loading tray is gone; in its place is a slot-loading system. The disc simply slides into the player, much like a car CD player. Right beneath this is a LCD display screen with basic touch sensitive control buttons. Providing the BD-D6700 with a clutter-free exterior.

The remote control has a nice lay-out, with a dedicated Netflix button which will allow you to access the popular online service quickly and easily. The BD-D6700 can also be controlled by your smartphone. There are applications for iOS and Andriod to perform basic control functions. The best part of which will allow you to entry text commands. Great for searching or registering for online streaming services. The user interface for the BD-D6700, although modern looking and colorful, could be made a little simpler to use.

VIDEO QUALITY: The BD-D6700 provides excellent Full HD 1080p/24 video resolution. And it can up-scale SD content to near HD levels. Great for those users who have large DVD collections. Image quality when playing 3D Blu-rays, standard Blu-rays, DVDs or streaming online video should be satisfactory to most consumers. Connections for the BD-D6700 include the two HDMI Outputs, a Component Video Output (restricted to 480i resolution due to AACS rules) and Composite Video Output.

AUDIO QUALITY: The BD-D6700 provides decoding for the latest High-Resolution audio formats - Dolby TrueHD - DTS-HD MA - or you can transmit these audio formats in their native bit-stream form to be decoded by your A/V receiver. As stated before, one of the highlights of the BD-D6700 is its dual HDMI outputs. Allowing users with a non-3D-compatible A/V receiver to enjoy the 7.1-channel surround sound. A nice feature that will save you money by not having to upgrade your A.V receiver. But for those with less concerning ears, you can use the optical digital audio output that comes with most 3D players. You basically get the same sound quality. For these users, a player with dual HDMI outputs would not be worth the extra cost.

The BD-D6700 does not only play 3D Blu-rays but it will allow you to convert SD images to 3D. This means your standard Blu-rays, DVDs and even streaming content can be transformed into 3D images. While this is more or less a gimmick (and can be found on most 3D HDTVs), it is still a nice little feature will allow you to relive movies from a whole new perspective. Other new innovative features include the One Foot Connection. With a Samsung wireless router, you can connect the BD-D6700 by placing it within one foot of the router during the setup, without a password. Once connected you can move the player anywhere within your house. This provides an easy and quick way to connect to the internet.

There is also an Ethernet Port to establish an internet connection. But once connected you have access to Samsung Smart TV and the Smart Hub interface. Here is where you will find all of the BD-D6700's streaming media services. This includes Netflix, Pandora, YouTube, Vudu, and Blockbuster. Also social networking sites as Facebook and Twitter. There is an application store, you can customize a home page, due searches and it even recommends movies to you based on past viewing habits.

With an internet connection you can also use any BD-Live features found on certain Blu-ray discs. The BD-D6700 has 1 GB of internal memory for storing any BD-Live data. Other features include USB playback and DLNA support. DLNA allows you to streaming content from other DLNA devices, such as your computer, to be displayed on your TV screen. The BD-D6700 can support the following files - AVI, MKV, WMV, MP4, MPG video, DivX HD, MP3, WMA and JPEG.

THE PROS: The BD-D6700 3D Blu-ray player from Samsung is equipped with two HDMI Outputs, built-in Wi-Fi, 1GB of internal memory, tons of Online Streaming Media Services (Netflix, Hulu Plus, MLB.TV, Vudu, CinemaNow, Pandora, Facebook, Twitter and more) and DLNA capability. It provides excellent images (Full HD 1080p/24 video output) and sound (Dolby TrueHD - DTS-HD MA) quality on both standard Blu-rays and 3D Blu-rays. It can up-scale DVDs to 1080p.

THE CONS: The BD-D6700 high price tag may not appeal to many consumers. You may want to consider the cheaper Samsung's BD-D6500, which is a very similar player, only lacking the dual HDMI Outputs. Speed times for the BD-D6700 is slightly below the average of most 2011 mid-level players.

THE FINAL WORD: The Samsung BD-D6700 is an excellent Blu-ray player. Offering many great features including 3D, stunning images and sounds, Dual HDMI Outputs, internal storage memory, DLNA support and much more. It's innovative Smart TV and Smart Hub offer one of the most comprehensive array of online streaming and social networking services - lacking only Amazon Instant Streaming - Which has the largest collection of Television shows. If you are not put off by the high price, the BD-D6700 is a good choice and would make a nice addition to anyone's Home Entertainment Theater. - Price you should look for when purchasing - Under 0.00

Flat Or Round HDMI Cable For Your Home Theater?

Flat Or Round HDMI Cable For Your Home Theater?

Hdmi

Just when you thought it was safe to go out and buy an HDMI cable, you now have to consider a new and interesting concept; flat HDMI cable. What in the world were the manufacturers thinking when they came up with that idea? I thought all cables are supposed to be round.

There are a few advantages to using flat HDMI, but in my opinion, these advantages have nothing to do with the quality of video. I have used both flat and round HDMI cables in many installations and compared them side-by-side. I have never seen a difference in picture quality. I have asked other installers that I work with to also compare the flat against the round and they agree with my comparison. Visually we cannot see any difference in picture quality between the two cables.

Of course the hard-core home theater buffs will disagree with me and say that a flat HDMI cable will give you better video quality. There is a theory that states a round HDMI cable has internal wires that are wrapped around each other, where the flat one separates each internal wire across the width of the cable. This is supposed to eliminate the "crosstalk" (interference) that you may experience in the round cable. The flat HDMI may eliminate this "crosstalk", but visually, it sure doesn't make much difference in picture quality.

The biggest advantage to using a flat HDMI cable is convenience. It is easier to work with and I use it when my installations don't afford me a lot of room to move around.

Here are a few advantages to using a flat HDMI cable:

It bends easier. A round HDMI cable is thicker and cannot bend as easily as a flat one. This makes it easier to install into/along walls. It's easier to tuck behind a hanging HDTV. A round HDMI cannot be wrapped up as tight as a flat one can, and will tend to bulge from behind the television. You can hide it behind a baseboard better. It lays flat against the wall and this lets you put the baseboard back flush without gaps. Running it under carpet is easier. Just make sure you don't put it in under the carpet in a high traffic area. This is something that installers are doing these days since the cable with not cause a bump in your carpet. It can be painted easier than a round one can. This is a huge advantage if you decide to run your flat HDMI along the top of your baseboards and paint it to blend into the wall.

So the flat HDMI cable will function just as well as the round one will (maybe even better if you believe in the "crosstalk" theory), and as long as it is certified by the HDMI committee, you should consider buying the flat HDMI cable because of convenience, not video quality.

VBR333 Review - A New 3D Blu-Ray Player From Vizio

VBR333 Review - A New 3D Blu-Ray Player From Vizio

Hdmi

Vizio has recently introduced two new 3D capable Blu-Ray Players, the VBR333 and the VBR334. They are identical players, with the same specifications. The only difference is the VBR334 comes with a HDMI cable and can only be purchased in retail clubs. The VBR333 is a Profile 2.0 player, supporting BD-Live features and Bonus View. Has high-definition playback on 3D Blu-Rays and Blu-Ray discs. With support for high-resolution audio formats. It comes equipped with integrated Wi-Fi, making access to Vizio Internet Apps very easy.

VIDEO QUALITY: Video connections for the VBR333 come in the form of a HDMI Output, Composite Video Outputs and Component Video Outputs. Unlike some 3D players, it only has one HDMI Output. You will have to bypass your Audio/Video receiver if it is not 3D capable. The HDMI connection will produce 1080p/24 video resolution for both 3D Blu-Ray and Blu-Ray discs. And of course it will upscale any standard DVD to high-definition levels.

AUDIO QUALITY: Audio connections are the HDMI Output, 2.0-ch Analog Outputs and Digital Audio Outputs - Optical and Coaxial. The player can handle decoding high-resolution Audio formats, Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio. Or you have the option of sending these audio signals in their native bitstream form to an Audio/Video receiver to decode. This has to be accomplished through a HDMI connection, since the player lacks any multi-channel outputs.

While the VBR333 can handle 3D Blu-Ray discs, it also supports Blu-Ray, DVD, CD audio, MP3, PNG, JPEG and WMA. The USB Port can be used to playback music and view photos. It has an integrated wireless 802.11n to connect to the internet. Making access to BD-Live (a USB device is required for storing BD-Live content), firmware updates and online streaming much more convenient. The Vizio Internet Apps includes Vudu, Netflix, Pandora, Twitter, Flickr and many more online services.

THE PROS: The Vizio VBR333 is capable of 1080p/24 playback on Blu-Ray Discs. Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio high-resolution formats can be decoded internally or transferred in their native bitstream form via a HDMI cable to be decoded externally. The player supports 3D playback, BD-Live and Bonus View, Vizio Internet Apps and Wi-Fi.

THE CONS: Only has one HDMI output, can not transfer two separate signal to your 3D TV and A/V receiver. No multi-channel analog outputs or internally memory to store downloaded content. A USB memory device is required for the BD-Live function. The player is also lacking any DLNA capability.

THE FINAL WORD: The Vizio VBR333 is one of the best deals around if you are looking for a player with 3D capability and integrated Wi-Fi. It provides solid 1080p video resolution playback on Blu-Ray Discs, with high-resolution audio formats. While not loaded with extra features, you can access online streaming services such as Netflix, VUDU Apps, Pandora, Flickr and Twitter. If you are looking for a player to go with your new 3D TV, the VBR333 is worth checking out. -- Price you should look for when purchasing -- 0.00

3D TV Buying Guide Basics

3D TV Buying Guide Basics

Hdmi

If you want 3D TV in your home, you will need the following products to get set up...

1. A 3D-Ready TV.

If you want to enjoy 3D entertainment at home, you need a new 3D-ready TV.

2. One Pair of 3D Glasses per viewing person.

As of right now, you need 3D glasses to enjoy 3D Entertainment at homes. While there has been some research and development done, there are no 3D TV's available for purchase that do not require glasses.

3. A 3D-ready Blu-ray Player

If you plan to watch 3D Blu-ray discs (the only option for home movies as of now), you will need a 3D-ready Blu-ray player. The Playstation 3 will have the ability to play 3D Blu-rays after a summer 2010 firmware update.

4. HDMI 1.4 Cables (13.8 Gbps or higher Speed Rating)

You need "high-speed" HDMI cables that are rated as 1.3 and have a 10.2 Gbps speed rating or higher. 3D content requires twice as much data to be transferred to your TV to deliver 3D images, thus the need for higher-speed HDMI cables.

Note: Some sources have stated that HDMI cables rated as 1.4 with a 13.8 Gbps speed rating are required to watch full quality 3D content. From our research and experience, 13.8 Gbps HDMI cables are not required, and the lower speed 10.2 Gbps HDMI cables will suffice.

5. A Home Theater Receiver with 3D Pass-Thru Technology.

Most 3D TVs only have 4 HDMI Inputs which will limit the number of components you can connect to your 3D TV. If you need more than 4 HDMI inputs, you will need a home theater receiver with 3D Pass-Thru Technology. Old home theater receivers (without 3D Pass-Thru) will not work be compatible with 3D content/components.

6. 3D Content!!

Movies, video games, or 3D TV Channels.

There are already Home Movies, Video Games, and TV channels available in 3D with plans for more and more content to be released in 2010 and 2011. Check out our Content Guides below or with your local cable/satellite provider for more info.

Does High Definition Mean Short Distance?

Does High Definition Mean Short Distance?

Hdmi

Liberty, Justice, and High Def For All

The conversation subject of high definition is no longer segregated to the dark smokey rooms of the cultural elite, the same rooms where gas price conspiracies, global domination rituals, and secret handshakes are created. No friends, high definition is now available to bond and free, to all races and creeds, to rich and, well, semi-rich.

Pick Your Poison

HDMI and DVI are the two digital interfaces that are quickly becoming the prefered vessels of High Definition. Just as a quick recap...

DVI: Short for Digital Video Interface, came into fruition to convert analog signals into video signals to accomodate both analog and digital monitors. DVI-A is an analog signal, DVI-D is a digital signal, and DVI-I is an integrated analog and digital solution. This quickly became a popular interface because the integrity of the signal remains true through any transmission, unlike its analog grandfather, who loses little bits of data here and there because of too many treks through the snow as a kid.

HDMI: Short for High-Definition Multimedia Interface, this digital interface is perfectly suited for the consumer electronics market. It supports uncompressed high definition video plus multi-channel audio in a single cable, simplifying the install process for you and me. It does all this with a smaller connector than its DVI cousin.

Length Limits

Both DVI and HDMI signals begin to degrade in quality when sent over copper wire after about 5 meters. Although sometimes a well-made copper HDMI or DVI cable can send the signal further than that without corruptions visible by the naked eye, you will often encounter specks and glitter in the display, plus a host of other possible problems if the voltage level isn't preserved and stable.

Below is some basic information about what is available for DVI Extension and HDMI extension.

Extension

So, you've sold the farm to buy your HDTV display and source boxes, but the picture has more specks and sparkles than tinkerbell. If its because of long runs of DVI or HDMI cables, there are solutions. Gefen, a leader in the industry, manufacturers perhaps the most respected and prolific digital extenders for both home and professional A/V.

There are two basic ways to extend HDMI and DVI. Extend over a CAT5 cable, or just get a booster (similar in many ways to a repeater).

Cat5 Extension

This style of digital video extension uses two little boxes: a receiver and a sender. By "little", I mean a few inches by a few inches, by a few more inches. The sender sits near your source (such as a computer, a set-top box, a DVD player). An included cable connects your DVI or HDMI source to the sender. The sender sits near your video source and sends the signal long distances over a tidy and economic Cat5 cable. The receiver sits near the display and receives the signal that has travelled over long distances unscathed from video corruption. The receiver feeds the perfect image (with the resolution also preserved) to your display via your DVI or HDMI cable. The Cat5 Extension option is very attractive because Cat5 cables are very inexpensive and are neater than the fat (no matter how phat) video cables. I highly recommend Gefen products for their industrial strength, aesthetic attraction, and reliability in important video extension projects.

Boosters and Repeaters

Although not entirely identical, boosters and repeaters accomplish the same job and in a similar manner. Boosters and repeaters only require one box to sit at the end of a long run of DVI or HDMI cable. The unit simply corrects any signal corruption that has occurred over long runs of copper cable. This option is most appealing to those who already bought a long run of DVI or HDMI cable. Boosters and repeaters are also good for chaining multiple runs of cable together.

HDMI Cables - Getting the Most Out of Your Plasma or LCD Television

HDMI Cables - Getting the Most Out of Your Plasma or LCD Television

Hdmi

HDMI cables are essential when you want to be able to take full advantage of your stylish and high-performing television. Whether you have decided upon a plasma or a flat screen LCD model, these TVs have capabilities far beyond what has ever been available previously. With the ability to project high-definition audio and video, and with more and more television programs and movies being broadcast in HD, it is necessary to use cables that maintain the integrity of this input. Without the proper cables, you will not be getting the kind of quality that your television is capable of producing. Also, if you are paying extra for high-definition channels, DVDs, or Blu-Ray discs, you will want to make sure that you are broadcasting them properly to your television screen.

Plasma and flat screen LCD televisions can produce images like none you have ever experienced before. Without having to rely on old, CRT, or cathode ray tube, technology, these types of screens work in completely new and innovative ways. Although there is always a debate over which is better, plasma or LCD technology, either are a great choice when it comes to building a top-notch home entertainment system. In order to link all the components of your system properly, you will need to utilize one of the various HDMI cables available today.

Plasma and flat screen LCD TVs offer many advantages over CRT models. They are much lighter and slimmer and are available in much larger sizes than traditional televisions. This also gives them the advantage of being able to be placed in a much larger variety of places, including on the wall. Without needing a bulky television cart, it is possible to increase the amount of floor space in a room, as well as to arrange furniture however you would like. Without needing to center a room on a television set, arrangement options are greatly increased. Also adding to a sleeker decor, the HDMI cables used to connect your TV require only one cord for the transmission of many different kinds of data.

In addition to enhancing the look of a room, plasma and flat screen LCD televisions also outperform older, CRT, models in terms of picture and sound quality. Protruding screens create a large amount of distortion. Additionally, the technology for older televisions resulted in a lot of glare, dull colors, and unclear images. Newer models solve all of these problems. However, in order to take advantage of this new technology, HDMI cables are necessary to get the most out of your high-performance television.

Troubleshooting HDMI Cables

Troubleshooting HDMI Cables

Hdmi

HDMI cables are great. Almost anyone with a personal computer will likely have hours and hours and hours of MP3 music in their Windows Media Player or iTunes library, and maybe a few (or a few dozen) movies we've downloaded from Netflix, as well as some home movies we've kept for posterity. The problem is that it's not always enjoyable to listen to that music on low-end computer speakers or watch those movies on your monitor.

So the HDMI cable couldn't have come along at a better time, allowing us to run media directly from the computer right into the TV, without having to bother burning a bunch of CDs or DVDs to enjoy our music and flicks on something better than our laptop display.

Of course, as with any device first making its way into the homes of consumers, there's always a learning curve. There are people who bought a VCR back in the 1980's and who are only now figuring out how to program them. Likewise, a lot of people come home with an HDMI cable and have a tricky time figuring out how to get it to work.

When people break out their first HDMI cable, there can be some difficulties getting it to display correctly. You might get a flickering, scrolling picture, or improper aspect ratio, or any number of other problems. You can plug a coaxial cable into the back of any TV and have it perform just as it would with the next, but television sets these days are built in a variety of types, as are the sources from which you'll be sending the information. As such, it's actually not a "one size fits all" undertaking.

It helps if you know your TV's maximum settings, but if you don't, here's what you need to do when your HDMI cable isn't doing what you bought it to do...

1- Access the menu on your TV, box, or DVD player, and look for the HDMI settings.
2- Honestly, the rest should be self explanatory. Set video out to HDMI, set HDMI audio out to on, etcetera.
3- Set the maximum HDMI resolution that your TV will allow. You'll know when you pass the maximum resolution because the picture will likely be scrambled or cut off. The settings should be listed something like 576, 720, 1080, etc. Most TV sets these days go up to 1080, but if you don't know, then you won't until you check.

And there you go, it's as simple as that. Like most new entertainment gadgets, gear and gizmos, using an HDMI cable properly is actually quite a bit simpler than it seems to be at first, it's just a matter of learning how it works.

Now, if you're still having troubles after adjusting all the settings properly, then the trouble is most likely a defective product. Either your TV can't accept HDMI for some reason, there's an issue with your source's HDMI port, or the cable itself is damaged. Try changing the cable out to see if that's the problem, and then simply return the defective cable.

Escort Passport 9500IX Review - From My Personal Experience!

Escort Passport 9500IX Review - From My Personal Experience!

Hdmi

I have to tell you. I spent a lot of time on the road so I really need a very good radar detector and here is my personal Escort Passport 9500IX review. This if from my own experience, and I see now that many share the same view!

I was very skeptic about this radar detector. I've read thousands of Escort Passport 9500IX review copies and what I can tell you is that 95% of them had a very good feedback. The bad feedback was only on few which mentioned how the Escort Passport 9500IX could not detect the speed cameras.

From my personal experience this is not the case. Maybe there was an issue with their device, because for me, I have had a great luck with all of them. So far, I've saved at least 4000 dollars in fines. I drive a lot and speed a lot. It is just so I can do it all. One thing I wish to have changed on the model is the red lights instead of blue. But I can see the blue lights as well.

But besides that one of the best features is that for any false alarm you can store it in, so the next time you pass by the Passport 9500IX will not register that false alarm. Further more, as of yet, it never missed to warm me about the radar ahead and it normally gives me a warning way ahead so I can adjust my speed.

For me, the Escort Passport 9500IX is worth keeping and that is not all, I've managed to get it at the discount prices as well. So I truly hope you enjoyed this detailed review of Escort Passport 9500IX!
